Configure McAfee Personal Firewall/Plus on a specific port
1. Make sure your Firewall allows TCP port 1433.
Allowing Traffic Through a Specific Port
Right-click the McAfee icon by your system clock.
Click
Personal Firewall
.
Click
Inbound Events
.
Right-click on the event that used the port.
Click
Allow Traffic
on this Port.
Modify the port and name, as needed.
Click
OK
.
Editing Port Information
Right-click the icon by your system clock.
Click
Personal Firewall
.
Click
Utilities
.
Click
System Services
.
Make the changes, as needed.
Click
OK
