Application can not be started, contact Application Vendor Error.

The application is ‘stuck’ and needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled.  We can walk you through that if you need help.

It’s a problem with Microsoft’s deployment system.  A bugger for us since we don’t control this.  The fix is noted towards the bottom of this article.

                Below is a summary of the errors, details of these errors are listed later in the log.

You need to uninstall and then re-install as mentioned above.

To uninstall, open your Control Panel and select the applet that allows you to Add/Remove Programs or Uninstall A Program (depending on which version of Windows you are running).
