Reporting Services - How Does it Work?
Trail Blazer Reporting Services is a custom service that allows you have to special reports delivered to YOUR inbox and the inboxes of others in your organization who don't have access to Trail Blazer.
Possible Reports
- Overdue pledges
- Notification of contributions added (includes those that are recurring)
- Notification of specialty contributions (ie, specific event, specific fund, over certain dollar amount, etc.)
- Calendar items today
- Reminders
- What can you think of?
How does this work?
- Let us know what you are looking for in the report
- Let us know what schedule you want the report delivered on. This can be
- daily at a certain hour,
- weekly on a certain day,
- monthly on a certain day.
- This can also be delivered upon a trigger such as a contribution being just added to the database.
- You will be provided a quote for the report where you can then decide if you wish to proceed.
